Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At MyraLuxe Aesthetic Private Ltd., we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. To ensure clarity and accountability, please review our refunds and cancellation policy below.

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be marked as a late cancellation.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
  • Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in booking restrictions.
2. Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds are not applicable once a procedure has been initiated or completed.
  • Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases with valid supporting documentation (e.g., medical emergencies).
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of the appointment time.
3. Non-Refundable Services
  • All pre-paid packages, offers, or promotional services are non-refundable.
  • Partially used packages or services cannot be refunded or exchanged.
4. Transfer & Validity
  • Services, packages, and vouchers are non-transferable between clients.
  • Each service/package has a validity period. Expired services are not eligible for refund or extension.
5. Processing Time
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary based on bank or payment gateway policies.
6. Deductions & Charges
  • Approved refunds may be subject to deductions for payment gateway fees, taxes, or administrative charges.
  • In case of EMI or third-party financing, refund policies of the respective providers will also apply.
7. Fraudulent Claims

MyraLuxe reserves the right to reject refund requests found to be fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive. Legal action may be taken in such cases.
